Holiday Inn Express

We have reserved a limited number of rooms at the Holiday Inn Express Nashville W I40/Whitebridge Rd. You can choose a room with either one King bed or two Queen beds. You will book directly through the hotel, not through CAMW.

The price is $159 per night, for either type of room, and includes breakfast. Coincidentally, this is the same price as the recent CMSA convention. (As with all hotel prices, these prices exclude taxes.)

The hotel is a little over a mile from the venue - an easy walk or Uber ride. I’m sure we’ll be able to arrange ride-shares, etc. to make sure we all arrive on time!

You are welcome, of course, to look at AirBnb or VRBO options in the area. There should many options available! As a reminder, the address of our venue (the Global Education Center) is 4822 Charlotte Ave, Nashville, TN 37209.

Dates

We have arranged our special pricing to include a day before and a day after the workshop. When you go to the website, make sure to include the relevant dates, otherwise you will get an error message that there’s no hotel found. That just means you have to specify the right dates!
